Conditions
To publish an article in the scientific journal "Kyiv Law Bulletin" № 9, 2026 it is necessary no later than April 17, 2026:
▶ Fill in author's reference (link)
▶ To the e-mail address kyivlawjournal@fpk.kyiv.ua send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements.
If the author does not have a scientific degree, a review from the scientific supervisor must be submitted.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The editorial office carries out a unanimous peer review of the articles and checks them for plagiarism; after that, the authors receive the banking details.
The publication fee is 1400 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 40 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
