CORRELATION OF THE LEGAL AND SOCIAL STATUS OF THE CHILD IN THE PROCESS OF HIS SOCIALIZATION AS A SUBJECT OF CIVIL LAW

Abstract

The problem of the relationship between the legal and social status of the child in the process of his socialization is focused on each period of the child's development, which has an important social status and on the social role that determines the degree of his personal freedom, because the legal status of the child must be guaranteed by the state. Attention was focused on the fact that considering a child as a subject of law, it is necessary to proceed from the correlation of socialization processes and self-perception of the child, in a certain life situation, in the context of his individual socialization. During the study of the process of socialization of a child, attention was drawn to the fact that socialization is a process by which an individual acquires knowledge, values, social skills and social sensitivity that allow him to integrate into society and behave adaptively there ... most often this term is used for the processes through which the child indirectly absorbs the values of society and comes to realize his own social role. In addition, it was investigated that the process of socialization of a child, which is very important for the state, largely depends on the national- psychological characteristics of the character, which are manifested in his psychophysiology, emotional-psychological characteristics of the character, emotional-volitional, behavioral characteristics, the child any nationality that was born in its cultural, historical and natural environment from the first years of life finds itself under its strong influence, it is on this basis that national pride and national self-awareness are formed. Underestimating all these factors, and even more so ignoring them, can lead to the fact that by the time the child reaches adulthood, it can be judged as a violation of his rights and freedoms.
